The .NETpower software and
SNMP/WEB devices are specially designed for UPS makers.
The .NETpower UPS software monitors the UPS status and
it will shut down the operation system and UPS when a critical
event occurs to protect the system and conserve the battery. In
addition, when an event occurs, it will notify users of such event
via network message, page, email. Lastly, it supports both SNMP
and HTTP which allow users to manage the UPS remotely via an SNMP NMS or a web browser.

The SNMP/WEB device has two flavors,
internal card and external box. When connected to a UPS, it create
a web site for your UPS so that you can manage the UPS via a web
browser through LAN or Internet. In addition, it supports SNMP
which turns the UPS into a standard network management device. It
provides event notifications and network shutdown features as
